HECImportant Notice About PM Fee Reimbursement Scheme

It is to inform the students of Masters, M.Phil. and PhD program that student fee validation process ( is reopened and last and final deadline is March 18, 2016. Therefore the students who did not validate their fee online are advised to validate themselves before deadline as it will not be further extended.

Eligible but Validation Awaited: Student is considered eligible and has to validate himself.
Validated/Validated but fee not received: Student has validated his/her record.
Incomplete: Student with this status may pursue to fill the appropriate information on the portal very carefully. Wrong email or cell number may cancel validation.
Ineligible: Student is considered ineligible.
Newly Registered: Student has newly registered himself.
Academic Record Updated: Student has applied for new registration after updating academic details.
Approved: Student record has been approved by university focal person. (only for newly registered students)
Disapproved: Student record has been rejected by university focal person. (only for newly registered students)
Note: In case of any query, contact your University Focal Person or HEC.

Note: Students are advised to use their own CNIC, email and cell number for validation.
